The frist Knight

Centuries ago a great king lived and fought in Britain. The story of this king is one of the world's most favourite legends. This time we're learning about  the adventurous world of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table.

KING ARTHUR PROJECT:

1. What is a legend? 

 A legend is a narrative that people tell as a true story. Sometimes the details are difficult to confirm, but usually the story names people and identifies locations. Legends often contain a moral or a lesson and are told to uphold the values of the community. They often involve supernatural or religious elements.

2. Was King Arthur only legend?

 Yes, there is a legend, because Arthur wasn't exist, but there was a person who was similar of King Arthur.

 

3. What is a knight?

A man given a rank of honour by a British king or queen because of his special achievements, and who has the right to be called 'Sir', or (in the past) a man of high social position trained to fight as a soldier on a horse

A. CHOOSE A CHARACTER:

Hi, I am a princess of Leonesse. I'm Princess Guinivert. I dedided to marry Arthur, for security against Malagant. Who was villian.

One day while I was travelling with the ladies. The knights of Malagant, made an ambush meant to kidnap me, but Lancelot helped me. Lancelot fell in love with me and he tried to kiss me, but I refused the kiss.

When I arrived to Camelot, I married Arthur.

One day, Malagant tried again to kindap me, but this time he succeeded. Again this time Lancelot recused me. In gratitude, Arthur offered Lancelot a higher calling in life as a Knight of the Round Table.

When I was in my room with Lancelot, I asked him if he wanted to kiss me, but we were kissing when Arthur's opened the door... While we were on trial for the kiss to Lancelot, again Malagant invaded Camelot. He killed my husband, but lancelot killed him and the las words of Arthur were: Lancelot, you are my first knight.

I was very sad, for the death, but Lancelot and me are in love, and now he is the king.

FRENCH KISS

The characters: 

KATE/LUC/CHARLIE/JULIETTE

Write a description of every character.

Kate: She had a short blond hair and blue eyes. She was innocent, happy, intelligent, afraid and fastidious.

Luc: He had mustache, brown hair and he was tall.

He was  mysterious, arrogant, irresponsible, ambitious. 

Charlie: He had short black hair, and brown eyes.

He wasn't honest because was in in finance to Kate.  

Juliette: He had a long brown hair. He was elegant, glamorous, friendly and curious.

Compare the characters Kate-Juliette and Charlie-Luc.

KATE-JULIETTE:

Kate was more simple, nervous, ordinary, doubtful and jealous than Juliette and Juliette was more elegant, friendly, modern, posh and romantic than Kate.

CHARLIE-LUC:

Luc was more friendly than Charlie. Twice wasn't honest because he hide the truth. In the begging Luc was a strange person and ambitious, but in the end of the film he change the personality. With Charlie happened the same in the beggingin he it's a good person but in the middle of the film he change his personality and became a un fire.

One day I met a handsome Canadian man, called Charlie. We were in love. But he was engaged. His fiancé was a Canadian women so he talked to her and left his fiancé. He was in love with me.

One day Kate, Charlie's ex girlfriend, came to Paris to talk to him and destroyed our relationship. But she couldn't, because of her fault i finally had and argument.

DANGEROUS MINDS

PART 1. THE STORY

1. Who are the main characters in the film?
The principals characters are LouAnne, Emilio, Hal, Raúl, Callie.

2. Why does Lou Anne accept the job?
She accepted the job because she needed money.

3. Is Lou Anne getting the student's attention? How?
Yes, she is. She gave a prize who said the correct answer or did a funny things.

ANSWER THE QUESTIONS:

Yes, but in the finally. They learned poetry because the search the second meaning of ti.

2. What's the prize for the contest?
The prize was a Candy Bar.

3. Whoa are the winners?
The winners were Callie, Raúl and Durrell.

Raúl was the only person who went to the restaurant.

5. What do they have for dinner?
They ate chicken

6. What's Raul's problem?
He bought a nice jacket, but he hadn't money for payed it so he stole the money for bought it.

7. What's Lou Anne's offer?
LouAnnes offers her money but Raúl must got a graduate certificate.


6. What's Callie's problem?
She was pregnant.

7. What's Emilio's problem?
One boy wanted kill him because the boy was in the jail he had the same girlfriend that him so he was angry with Emilio

8. How is Lou Anne helping Callie?
She talked with the principal of the school and the mother of Callie.

9. How is Lou Anne helping Emilio?
She invited Emilio in her house, in the night. And she talked with the principal of the school.

10. Is Emilio asking for help to the principal?
Yes, but he didn't knock the door, and the principal he didn't wanted talked with him.

11. What happens to Emilio?
The boy killed him.


12. Is Lou Anne leaving the job? Why?
At the end of the year, she announces to the class that she will not be continuing to teach at the school, which prompts an unbridled display of emotion from the students who refuse to let her leave. Overwhelmed, she reconsiders the decision.

PART 2: THE SONG: GANSGTA'S PARADISE

WHAT'S THE SONG ABOUT?
It's about the corruption and the gangsta's world. Many of the lyrics are very dark and tragic and are meant to be a criticism of the violence and tragedy of the "gangsta" life.



WRITING: GIVING YOUR OPINION:
I think the system is not very effective, because the percentage; 30% students in Catalonia don't get ESO Certificate, is very high, probably if the system was good the percentage wouldn't be this number.
I think the students should study more.
There are parents who don't spend time with their children but there are parents who spend a lot of time helping and talking with them.
My average class is between 6 and 7, I think.
The problem is the system the students and the parents, because they all have some blame on it.

Clàudia: Hi. The chef is featuring foie gras with smoked duck and figs on a hill of bulgar.Uh, salmon tartar in potato gaufrette... over wild mushrooms, and fennel salad. Uh, for the entree we're featuring... a complex shellfish pan roast with orso, a touch of comfit and a broth thickened with lobster shell oil. All very, very good.
Gemma: Could we have a few minutes, please?
Clàudia: Ah, yes.
Gemma: Thank you.
Ferran: Are you sure they got chicken?
Gemma: Yes. Here. See, it's right there, sweetie. You see? Poulet. And when the waiter comes back, you may as well talk to him. lt'll be good practice|for your summer job interviews.
Ferran: I can't talk to that guy. He probably thinks I'm weird or something.
Gemma:He does not. He can't help but notice your natural charm. You just look him straight in the eye and you talk to him like you would anyone else.

CHARACTERS:

SUMMARY:
The film opens following a car accident involving Los Angeles detectives Graham Watershis partner Riaand Kim Lee.

FIRST STORY:
One day prior, Persian Farhadand his daughter Dorri are buying a gun, but after a belligerent alteraction with the racist shopkeeper, an infuriated Farhad is escorted outside. Dorri buys the gun and a red box of ammunition.

SECOND STORY:
Another part of town, Rick Cabot (Brendan Fraser), the local district Anttorney, and his wife, Jeanare carjacked by Anthony and Peter Detectives Waters and Ria arrive at the scene of a shooting between two drivers. The surviving shooter is a white male identified as an undercover police officer. he detectives learn that the dead shooter, a black male was also a police officer.
in the arjacked SUV, Anthony and Peter, distracted by their argument about racism, hit something while passing by a parked white van. Getting out, they see that they have run over an Asian man. Unsure as to what to do, they eventually pull him out from under the car and dump him in front of a hospital.

THIRD STORY:
At the Cabot house, Hispanic locksmith Daniel Ruiz is changing the locks.He overhears Jean, who is frustrated having felt nervous about the two black men but refrained from saying anything to avoid appearing racist.
Daniel talks to his daughter, Elisabeth, who is hiding under her bed after hearing a gunshot. To comfort her, Daniel gives her an "invisible impenetrable cloak". He then puts her to bed and then gets a page for another locksmith job.


FOURTH STORY:
LAPD Officer John Ryan and his partner,begin their evening patrol.hey order the couple, director Cameron Thayerand his wife Christine to exit. Cameron is cooperative, but Christine is argumentative. An angry Ryan sexually molests Christine under the pretense of administering a pat-down. Intimidated, Cameron says nothing. When Ryan finishes, the couple is released without a ticket.
At the Thayers' house, Christine is enraged that Cameron did nothing while she was violated. Cameron insists what he did was correct and then storms out.

In the finally the stories CRASH!

STORY:
At the Cabot house, Hispanic locksmith is changing the locks.He overhears Jean, who is frustrated having felt nervous about the two black men but refrained from saying anything to avoid appearing racist.
Daniel talks to his daughter, Elisabeth, who is hiding under her bed after hearing a gunshot. To comfort her, Daniel gives her an "invisible impenetrable cloak". He then puts her to bed and then gets a page for another locksmith job.
Daniel replaces a lock at Farhad's shop, and tells Farhad that the door is defective. Farhad accuses Daniel of cheating him, and refuses to pay. The next morning, Farhad discovers the store has been wrecked and tagged with racist graffiti. His insurance won't cover the damage, calling it a case of negligence as he had been advised to replace the door. Farhad vows revenge, and discovers Daniel's full name on the discarded work order.
Dorri comes to see Farhad, who explains that he tried to shoot Daniel after looking his address up in a phone book, but Daniel's daughter somehow blocked the shots. He thinks that the little girl was his angel. Elisabeth believed she could save her father due to her 'impenetrable cloak', which is justifiable due to the inexplicable lack of gunshot wounds on her body. Dorri removes the pistol and ammunition revealing them to be blanks.

In the story there are: 4 charaters:
Farhad: Is an a Persian men. Is a ambitious, unpleasant, unhappy, bitter...
Dorri: She is the daughter of Farhad. She is helpful because she helps her father in the shop. She also is lovelly.
Daniel: He is the locksmith. He is a good person, generous, helpful...
Elisabeth: She is the daughter of Daniel. She is scared and brave.

What is the relationship between them?
Farhad is the dad of the Dorri and Daniel is the dad of Elisabeth.

How do they react in the story?
Farhad and Daniel argued because Daniel didn't want repair the door so Farhad tried to killed the locksmith then Elisabeth went to protected her dad and the gun shot her.

Do they change? Why? Why not?
No, but Elisabeth first she was scared but in the finally was brave and protected her dad.

One of my favourite film is "3 metros sobre el cielo" It's about one girl and one boy they are very differents but they are in love! But is an spanish film, so I put the trailer of one comedy film called "Bridesmaids".
